Institution Guidelines

As a part of the program, the institutions i.e. schools, Colleges and universities are requested to provide details as per the prescribed format mentioned as New User next to the employers login in the website. The relevant name of the organization, its address and the type of organization required to avail the different services, The Institutional heads are required to read the Institutional Guidelines carefully and then fill up the format as per the guidelines.

Step 1

Name of Organization: - Mention the name under which the organization is running the institution as a common Category of the organization i.e. School, College, University and Research Center.

Step 2

Address of Organization: -  Mention the correct postal address alongwith city, state, and Zip/Pin Code NoThe communication links such as telephone numbers, and website and email addresses should be properly checked after filling the form.

Step 3

The Institution should specify the affiliation –e.g. University or Board’s name and recognition should be mentioned by nodal agency such as AICTE or State Government.

Step 4

Mention name of mother organization such as a trust or society

Step 5

Mention the details of the Office bearers  of the mother organization such as General Secretary, Treasurer or President of Society or Trust.

Step6

Remarks should mention the activities or other services required to the institutions by theteachersemploymentnews.com.

In case any Institution has more options to mention, the Institution is required to forward the hard copy of the letter to the Managing Director under the heading: With Reference Unique Identification. This Unique Digital Identification is generated by an Institution whose details are already registered completely with Teachers Employment News and which has obtained the Unique Digital I-Card.
